Prominent collection of artwork in a museum, the Philbrook Museum purchased this large Washington Coast painting from Cape Flattery, on the northern tip of the Olympic Peninsula, near Neah Bay, on the Makah Indian Reservation.
This painting was including in the seminal book on Contemporary Realism, Green Woods and Crystal Waters; also the painting was part of a national traveling exhibition on the Museum's collection under the same name.
